File Copy functionality

File Copies available from Lockboxes

We are pleased to announce the addition of  File Copy functionality within the Deluxe Payment Exchange  system.  File copies, intended for record-keeping purposes, are currently available for Medical Payment Exchange recipients via their Lockboxes.  File copies are different from ‘live’ payments in several ways (most notably, the fact that the MICR line has been obscured to protect security).  To view a sample and learn more, follow this link to the Printing File Copies article in the MPX Help Center.
